instead of handwriting as had been done in the past. By entering this
information on the computer, we are utilizing a more efficient and
thorough method of communication. The front desk staff now has the ability
to readily provide more information to the doctors. The doctors can easily
access their messages from any terminal in the building. Follow-up calls
and notations can be made on the initial message screen, thereby providing
a more comprehensive account of your contact with our clinic. Doctors and
staff can also communicate with each other more easily. All of these
