- Q. What forms of payment are accepted at Alaska Equine & Small Animal
Hospital, LLC?
- A. We accept cash, local checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit.
We can also keep your credit card number on file for automatic billing and
payment.
- Q. What are the hours of operation at Alaska Equine & Small Animal
Hospital, LLC?
- A. Hospital hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Monday through Friday, and on
Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For
after hours or weekend emergencies, please call our regular number, 688-9303.
- Q. Do you treat emergencies?
- A. Yes, please call (907) 688-9303 if you have an emergency. Please listen
carefully to the recording for instructions. Also, refer to the section,
"After Hours Emergency Procedure."
- Q. Does Alaska Equine & Small Animal Hospital, LLC offer discounts?
- A. Yes, we offer senior citizen and multiple vaccine discounts. Please
call for more information.
- Q. How will I know when my pet's vaccinations are due?
- A. Vaccinations are very important to your pet's health. We mail
vaccination reminders to all of our clients before their pets' vaccines are
due, to allow time to make an appointment. If an animal's vaccinations are
overdue, we will make a courtesy phone call to the client.
